Been lingering with the odd post here for a couple of years, finally took the plunge on Saturday and traded my 2003 Z4 3.0se for a Monaco Blue M Roadster. It's the colour I've been holding off for, but have a feeling it's not the most popular as there are so few around. I think that I've looked at most that have come available on the BMW AUC.
It's out of manufacturer warranty, but has the usual 12 months, and inspection 2 is not due until October 2011, new tyres all round, so I am hoping to get some motoring out of it before it starts costing me.
Probably should have asked a few questions about the car here before the purchase, as I imagine there's a good chance someone here once owned it:

oh... looks like duck tape on the spoiler in the picture... it's actually just reflection -

The car seemed in good condition, the bonnet needs a bit of alignment so that's being sorted. Thrilling test drive as I was expecting, I find it hard to believe that its the "same" car as the one I am trading; it's far more like my Wife's 130i LE than my Z4.
Looking forward to collecting in a couple of weeks!
