Finally bought my Unicorn

Guys and gals,

I've finally purchased a car that I've wanted to buy since they were launched.
She's a beaut - clearly well looked after and from a loving home. The drive is wonderful.

So - car history:

Don't have a pic to hand of my first car - A Polo Coupe, but my second was a black GT with all sorts of mods -





Then a Corrado VR6 (which i still have... but has been off the road for some time:





A more recent one - getting her ready to get back on the road and sell up:




I typically ran slow diesels for a few years and didn't have anything else - but got a bit bored - so I had one of these one summer:






Sold that.. and then decided to do my CBT bike license.... so got one of these which I sold this weekend:




Here's my daily: C220 Sport Estate, which i do about 25-30k miles a year in

I feel the love...a black coupe certainly stirs up emotion. I took mine to the launch of the new BMW 235i at Dick Lovetts Swindon this weekend and people were queuing up to take photos of it!!

I just found out my car is a unicorn

my car is the only uk car that is automatic, carbon black, bi-colour imola red trim with piano dash, it was also manufactured on the last day of production

I like that statement......reminds me of when mine was in for warranty work at Barons Hindhead, the M4 had just been launched and a chap that had just been for a test drive in one was walking back into the showroom then he halted in amazement when he saw mine! or at least thats what I thought when I saw him from inside the showroom! he might have stopped in disgust!

@op Lovely motor mate goodluck with it. Nice to see some VAGs in there too! Corrado such a cult car as much as the polo!
