When you view in Picasa, right click on the pic and copy image location. That's the link you need. Picasa is a PITA

Cheers mate, so in the image tag what do I need to put, as I guessed it would need the full url to the host to be able to view the image on here!

Picasa embeds the pictures in a webpage. If you click on the links you provided you'll see the URL ends in numbers. If you then right click on the pic itself and copy the location, you'll see a URL ending in jpg which is what you want to put between the img tags in the post.
