Ferrari damage Massa's gearbox on purpose

Ferrari purposely caused damage to Massa's gearbox so he could be demoted down the grid and allow Alonso to move to the cleaner side.
All legal if not in the spirit of the rules......I,m speechless........ do Ferrari employ a Brit MP as team strategist now?

This didn't bother me at all, in fact I was amazed with the honesty from Ferrari, at the end of the day Massa took another hit for the team and showed that on that day he got the most out of the car. Brazil is going to be epic

at the end of the day, he has a job to do and his job and the reason for ferrari giving him another contract was so he would support their number one driver. there was a time this seasons when he didnt have a drive for next year with no one else interested so he did what he could to keep his place at ferrari. i dont blame the guy as next seasons is probably his last with ferrari and with no other big time suitors and possibly not even a drive with the smaller players. i wouldnt mind getting paid millions to help someone else win, if i wasnt a great driver to begin with

I'm impressed that Massa just got on with it without complaint. Makes sense from a team perspective. Many other drivers or even other sports people would've thrown a hissy fit about it and let it affect their performance.
