Could be worse. I know a guy who tried to chop in a 10 week old E60 M5 against a brand new E63 M6 (long story). BMW offered him £38k... :rofl:
 
My advise??? Sometimes just stick with things and be happy for a little while, human nature is to always want the bigger and better, usually the move isn't as bigger and better as you think.... IMO I'd stay where u are and wait until you can stretch to a used 991. Think about it, you know it makes sense.

No mate as I should have purchased a 911 last time I put it off and justify why I should not buy one. When you have a target you can't help but aim for it. After Friday I decided why not , I have waited long enought as my aim was before I turned 30 to have one , really life is to short :)

As to the price was kinda what i was expecting for main dealers , as I explained to them I could ""fire sell" her for much more. No rush still enjoy the car very much and got to find the right car as well :?
 
Sounds like you're just putting off the inevitable. The decisions been made. Gotta do it otherwise it'll drive you mad. Happy hunting.
 
My buddy had that itch to scratch. Sold his SC Lotus after a line of VX and Lotus and got some 500hp variant of the 911 (or whatever number it had) Lasted 4 months and a fear of a big bill and back to a 400hp VX.

Bored him silly, but the itch was scratched...
 
That's fair enough. Tbh I would do the same but would probably enjoy it more than a couple of months... Lol! Like a magpie. Btw the coupe is much nicer to drive than the convert.
 
Imo i would do it!

In my early twenties i always said i wanted a 911 before i was 30.

Then bought a house :( When i was 26

Turned 30 last year, the gf has hinted she wanted to be married next year (always says before she is 30!) .. Then kids And tbh i cant see myself owning a porsche, let alone a 911 now :(

Do it while you have the chance and before grown up responsible things take over.
