Febreeze in the Z4 - *#&$^@

I know I said this already: when you are ready you will know. Just don't ignore your own advice and miss it.
I was a hard core addict forever. Never quite, but always wanted to. Got the patch kit, 3 days later I slapped one on my arm and haven't had any tobacco products since. That happened in 92. Major benefits: I became a sexual Tyrannasaurus (sp).

Ahhh... you misunderstand my fine friend with a Sporty Silver-Grey Coupé...

I leave cars in the dust, hence the I smoke cars for breakfast statement. Well... I actually had cheese toast for breakfast today.

I'm not telling you to quit smoking (not that it would be a bad idea - but how can I tell you to when I can't) I'm just telling you not to smoke in the car. As far as the patch goes, I slapped one on and threw up 15 minutes later. I ended up having to cut them into quarters. I have tried almost everything out there. The closest I ever got was when Vice City came out and I sat in my apartment for 4 days playing the game with a nicotine inhaler stuck in my mouth. Unfortunately, the game ended and I had to leave the house. Next time i'm going cold turkey.

Patches don't faze me a bit, maybe cut down on the withdrawal symptoms a bit, but they sure did not curb my urge. I've done the pills and the patches, and may try hypnosis next. I smoke in the car to keep myself relaxed during the ATL daily commute, usually about halfway through my daily drive, I am about ready to kill someone :? I have been smoking for almost 30 years, not an easy thing to give up! I have not truly reached the point where I want to quit yet, and that has to come first, or else nothing will work.

The patches are very difficult to light....unless you really need the nicotine.
