Faulty Eagle F1 Asymetric 2 Tyres

I had to claim for 2 front tyres over 2 years on my E88 due to cracking on them. On one occasion they had only been on 6 months and they would have been a MOT failure. Pressure checked every week. I am now so obsessed with tyres that I check the channels daily. I've never had an issue with the rears, just the fronts.

Scary to think that you are buying a product that is integral to you, your passengers and other road users safety and that they can be defective so soon afterwards.

Glad to see that you've been given a refund. I assume that you did this via the garage that changed them? If so it will be them that will be giving you the refund and you may wish to give them a little nudge as they are usually given the money back at the same time you are advised. When I had the issue with the Bridgestones, called the garage and got the money back within the week.

Bit more complicated than that Angie.

Tyres were bought through a company who shall remain nameless unless I named them previously and fitted at a garage of my choice.

Goodyear said it would take 28 days and I'll wait another couple of weeks before chasing them up.
