Fat f**king pheasant damage!

£600 excess.... after the horse has bolted though I'd have bought a second hand one off fleabay & had it resprayed. Telling my insurance Co I had simply moved to what I'm sure is a lower risk area cost me £40, no way to get out of it...

It's really annoying that insurance companies have to put the blame one someone and unfortunately they can't blame the bird so you have to suffer!

That damage doesn't look too bad at all... Sorry I can't recommend anyone but that should be a reasonably easy fix at a MUCH lower cost than the excess alone.

I smashed my 3 series bumper into a pole sticking out of the ground in a car park (don't ask) and it completely dented the bottom of the bumper next to the foglight and chipped away a lot of paint. I went to a specialist repair garage which deals with Porsche's, Bentley's etc and got it all fixed and resprayed for £190.

Just don't bother going to your insurance company - get it sorted yourself

I have a photo of a collision between a Porsche and a Hen - The Porsche was doing 160 ish !

I will dig it out and post asap. The Porsche owner would swap your damage in a heartbeat I'm sure :)

Oooosh... Bet some of them chicken giblets when in his face and mouth :(

McDonalds before the special sauce !

God that must have been frightening - good shot though - pretty central!

Pulled up violently to avoid a pheasant when out the other day - missed the bird but then had to pull right over to avoid a Ford smashing up my back end - Gave him more of a fright than I had. . .

:driving:
