Falling apart? Differential/suspension

I went for a blast through the country side on Sunday had a hoon and pushed the car really hard. Got to the point where I wanted to return, so as part of turning round I shifted into reverse and it felt as though there was a bunch of play almost as though something was not attached properly....I had a look underneath and all seems OK....The cars done circa 13kmiles any thoughts

Red-hot clutch and brakes all play a part sound like it was just hot and lose
Did it fell ok the next day?

Two dogs....yes it was really fun....very early in the morning....nothing else about.....Car was fine the next day but still the sensation just didn't feel right... I've heard rumours regarding the 'durability' of the suspension and components and was hoping to get a few pointers....have fun and thanks
