I'm starting to look for a buyer for the M52 based 2.5i/5 speed that are currently in my 2003 Z4. This is the factory engine/transmission with ~120,000 miles on them. Both work flawlessly and there are no SES/MIL codes. Regularly maintained and recently installed a new DISA valve (the aftermarket aluminum version that doesn't fail).
I am asking $1,000 for the complete engine and trans. I'm throwing the ECU and wiring harness in for free (since I have no use for them and perhaps they can entice someone who is wanting to swap). The engine is currently in the car and driving so if someone local wants to come see it run, feel free. I have not pulled it yet but as soon as I have a buyer (or get my LS6 built...whichever comes first), I'll pull the engine.
I will ship (buyer pays shipping costs).
