I had an independent mechanic inspect the car when I bought it and have the report available for any potential buyer. I have also bought the BMW approved warranty which started in July and is valid till July 2013. I believe this can be transferred to the new owner, but I will check on this after the weekend. It is the fully comprehensive warranty and has breakdown assistance included. This cost around £500
I have also bought a set a new tyres all round and had a wheel alignment done at Autodynamics in Sheffield. This was just last week and cost £550 in total.
The car is showing 7000 miles till the next service.
MOT expires on 25/09/12. I am going to get this done on Monday at the BMW garage so this will be valid for another year.
I have only owned this car for 2 months and it has been great. The reason for sale is downgrading to something more practical for inner city commuting for my new job.
