This is the sale of my cherished Z4 2.5i SE Roadster, It is registered in Jan 2005 and is in impeccable order, but unfortunately its time to sell.

I have owned this car for the last 3 years and loved every second of it, it has the 2.5l straight six engine, which literally purrs when driven and only has 47,620 miles on the clock. I am getting 37.1 MPG out of this car all the time, which is amazing when you consider it has a six-cylinder engine.

It has FULL BMW stamped service history, which I have maintained since owning. The car is in extremely good condition with ZERO dents or scratches over the entire bodywork, it is washed and waxed religeously there is a couple of stone chips over the front but that’s to be expected in any car on the UK roads. The Interior is just as clean with no rips or tears in the leather seats, all the switchgear works correctly with no problems or intermittent faults. It benefits from quad airbags and the seats are heated which are essential when driving with the roof down on a cold bright December morning. All the dials, radio, stalks, glove box, everything all works with no damage at all.

The exterior hood is in perfect condition with no rips or tears, there is no delay in opening or closing the roof either and the rain channels are cleaned regularly to prevent clogging. The roof is coated with a special spray once a year that repels and protects from water and makes the roof look like new.

The wheels are the best design 18” 107’s that are not susceptible to the cracking/peeling that the 108’s are. They require no servicing at all except cleaning of course, and then they shine, they are in fabulous condition with only a couple of stone chips and one tiny bit of curbing on the passenger rear wheel that was on the car when I bought it and not bad enough to warrant the repair costs.

The tyres are in perfect condition with approx 4-5mm across all wheels, there is no uneven wear or rips/tears out of the sidewalls and no advisories on the last MOT. So will last for years.

A list of the other upgrades/ summery of the best bits

The only bad bits on this car are a 1.5 inch long split on the inner roof lining which was like it when I got the car, It is way behind the passenger head restraint and you CANNOT see it when driving or from the passenger seat, it does not get bigger with movement and it was only noticed by me when buying it as I was so thorough, and the other being the wheel curbing which I have already explained. That is it for damage accross the whole car.

The next scheduled service is an oil service and its due in 1500 miles, I am going to be putting this through BMW to maintain the service history at cost of £270.

I am asking £8700ono for the car with the above service completed or £8400 and you can complete the service (I had the oil and filter changed by a BMW specialist last year with Mobil 1 because I dont do many miles). I have studied the classifieds long and hard and I believe that this is priced correctly when you look at all the cars features, mileage and condition, you can jump in and drive away knowing the car needs nothing doing.

The car will be advertised elsewhere and I will answer all questions as quickly as possible, please no agents, exporters or timewasters.

You are welcome to invite the AA or whoever to do a car check, but if you want to drive you will need to bring your insurance docs and ID please.

If you would prefer to speak to me in person my number is 0787-663-6645, sorry this is the proper phone number the other was wrong, I will answer any questions you have.

(This is advertised on Z4 Forum first as a thank you for the assistance/advice over the years also hoping the buyer will be another fanatic! )

As you can see I have nothing to hide on this advert, I have added the last photo which shows the split in the lining, its an easy repair for someone with a good sewing eye. But as I already said, you cannot see it from the drivers seat or even if your a passenger.

Im disappointed its not sparkling clean but im sure you will understand the weather situation !

It will be immaculate for the viewings though.

Thanks for looking
