F&$%ing Transport Mode - Can anybody assist?

I believe my Z4 is stuck in transport mode - rear heater/air con/fan not working. I had to jump start the car after leaving the lights on and I believe this is why.

I am based in Banbury (nr Oxford), is there anybody close by who could assist me with clearing it?

I can delete, rather than disable it. Once deleted it can never come back, disabling merely turns it off until next time..

Down near Reading, can turn it off with DIS, not sure about deleting though!
