[313] Exterior mirrors, folding

Full mirror package is 430
313 is folding only. :)

I wish there was a function for the mirrors to fold when the car is locked - I always have to fold it with the button on the inside - think Mercs have this function built in....

I'm not sure all of the Merc ones are automatic, as I've pointed the still folded mirrors out to a number of them at traffic lights.

I dont actually like the auto dimming side mirrors... at night if you have a car behind you when trying to parallel park they dim so much it makes it hard to see the curb.

Even VW's which have electirc folding mirrors close them when the car is locked!

Auto dipping mirrors are a pain when reversing into a drive way.....I like them for parking on the street to avoid the kerb - but nothing you can do apart from turn them off if going into a drive - and then it takes so long in idrive so turn it off, I can't be bothered!!

Mine aren't, as can be demonstrated regularly when I am half way to my destination and realise

You can drive off with them folded, but you can't fold them at speed. Was thinking that it might be good to fold them in when approaching Vmax :D

Don't forget to fold the back seats down too!

Loving my folding / chromatic mirrors, so relaxing to drive at night without glare from the sides.

I am only aware of the eMirror module that does that ...

(or using the intravee on any BMW except for the Z4 ...)
