Extended Wheel Bolts Recommendation

Hi everyone,

For those of you who are running spacers, what extended wheel bolts do you recommend? I found several on ebay that would probably would work (M12x1.5 40mm), but I'm not sure if they're to be trusted. I would rather not have wheel bolts shearing off haha

I'm planning on running 12mm spacers in the front, and 15mm in the rear.

I got a set from ebay, just make sure that you get zinc plated ones and from a uk based parts supplier and you will be ok.
You can run 15 and 20mm spacers, I do and thats on eibachs and 18" mv2 with zero rubbing.

Thanks for the reply. I've already ordered 15mm and 12mm ones, price was very good (£90 for all four, in high strength aluminium).

I've just seen on Facebook that some people had problems with the bolt being too long at the front (12mm spacer 67mm long bolt).

I think there was the option to buy the kit with or without - but that might have been the supplier rather than Eibach themselves.

For the H&R ones - you have to look for the 'DRA' kit as these come with extended bolts for a specific vehicle application.

I ran 12mm and 15mm, with 39mm and 42mm bolts. These were part of the Bimecc spacer kit.

I ended up ordering 40mm and 42mm thread length bolts. If I had seen 39 I would have gone for that just to be 110% certain it would fit without issues, but I guess 1mm over the same effective thread length should be fine.
