Extended Maintenance Program expiring :(

I bought a 2005 Z4 2.5i roadster with 5-speed manual transmission last month. I am the second owner. The car has 59k miles and is in great condition. It has been maintained at a local BMW dealer.

The car has extended Maintenance Program that expires by the end of next month. It had a yearly oil change and a couple of brake fluid changes. Last service was back in February at 56k miles.

What benefit can I get from the program before it expires. I am hoping to get new brake pads. How can I get the dealer to replace them? Based on the service history, the car still has the orginal pads.

Anything else I should ask for that can be done through the program? Any other fluids should be changed?

Will I be able to get the dealer to peroform Inspection II considering that the car will have 60k miles? The inspection reminder shows inspection is due in about 5000 miles.

Thanks a million.
