Exchange 224M Wheels for 108's

Is anyone interested in exchanging a set of 108 wheels for a set of 224M wheels?

The 224's are in excellent condition with no curbing. There are two minor marks to one of the front wheels which I have photographed otherwise I would consider any other marks to be blemishes. In my opinion no refurbishment of the wheels is required. Wheels are fitted with a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres, all of which are in excellent condition and have 7mm of tread remaining; 225/45/18 on the fronts and 255/40/18 rears.

If you have a set of 108's in the same condition and with tyres of the same quality and in the same condition and would like to do a swop then please get in touch.

Apologies for the quality of the photos. I only have an IPad and the weather this morning is appalling so I had to take the pictures in the garage.

Yes, yes and did I mention yes yet..??

I will have a set of 108's by hopefully Tuesday, at the moment I don't know the condition of them until I pick the car up but I'll put pics up ASAP. Obviously I might miss the boat not having them yet but keep me in mind please. Otherwise I'm very intrested buying the 224's from you if you want to sell them, price depending. Whereabouts are you in the country?

Got a good condition set of 108 with good tyres. Based in York, prepared to drive to meet. Wheels currently on car, all straight.

Goodyear eagle F1s on the front
Bridgestone Potenzas on the rear
Only one wheel with minor curbing. 2nd pic at the top of rim.
All tyres approx 5mm

Very interested in swap

Could well be interested - I have a set of 108s with Vredstein Ultrac Vortis that have done less than a couple of thousand miles. Wheels were refurbished to a high standard in silver by Mr Wilks of this forum and are absolutely unmarked, straight and without cracks or buckles, curbing or corrosion.

They are currently off the car.

I suspect you won't be short of offers, but if you are looking for top quality wheels, with matching non-runflat tyres that are highly regarded on this forum, you won't find much better than these

If you're interested, let me know and I can supply better photos and accurate tread measurements.

Reading the post from the wise Mr Wilks and the couple that followed, I think I should have brushed up on the current exchange rate for wheels!!

Can you please tell me the forum etiquette now a few members have expressed interest? Is contact private or do you negotiate openly so everyone can see?

Thanks in advance,,,,

Etiquette to be fair is you do the deal that suits you best & from your criteria Z4pilot's offer is hard to ignore  the last thing you want is a half decent set of 108s that at some point in the future require split + refurb
