I have another post about a pothole incident but what was good about it was that within 30 seconds of my car telling me to pull over as the tyre was severely deflated, without me doing anything, I had a phone call from BMW assist to ask if I had a problem. I thought that was exceptionally good service and didn't realise that they could automatically pick up on things like tyres suddenly deflating.
Big brother is watching...............

I hope they didn't just call to ask how you were, and subsequently came to repair? 8)
