Finally getting round to fitting these - the chrome on my OE tips was cracked/crazed, so that was the motivation to replace, then discovered these more purposeful looking tips. They have only been on the shelf for 3 years!
Just one side done so far, I am removing the rear boxes to fit, rather than the bumper cover to get access to the rivets. The new exhaust flanges are making that process, and alignment afterwards much easier. A trolley jack under the box pushing it up to touch the bumper cover whilst the bolts on the flanges are being tightened, when the tension is released creates just the right vertical gap.
Please ignore the filthy car, its just superficial from being in storage!
