Error Code 000011 - Tank Sensor 2 Short Circuit to Ground or Battery Voltage

Just looking for some help on an error code that came up when I plugged in the Carly diagnostic tool:

Critical Issue 000011
Tank sensor 2 short circuit to ground or battery voltage / Tog/Oelstands sensor defective / Acoutsic Transducer no

Anyone have any experience with this error code and what it could be?
