Engine Misfire?

Hello,

I was pulling out of my house and all of a sudden my engine felt weird and my car was rumbling. Soon, a service engine soon light came on.

Attached is the photo that I found when I plugged my carly into the obd:

How can I start troubleshooting this? Could this be a coil or spark plug issue?

same issue i have bought oem plugs and will change them and hope for the best otherwise another possible issue i will look for is an air leak
