When the fans stop believing the hype created by the English media then they'll see the England team for what they are. Overpaid and of average talent. Never world beaters.

Have you seen the Fifa rankings lately?

England have went from 6th during March until the latest figures from July 2007 they're 12th.

Scotland went up to 16th and have slipped again.

Never knew, how did we manage that :P Maybe playing France off the park during that comfortable win did it :lol:

I see Norn Ireland and Wales won too, so it was just Engerland letting the island down :roll:
 
It's the Italians we need to worry about along with the French and the rest of them the "Group of Death".

It'll be close but with a bit of luck they can do it and qualify.
 
Well, unfortunately I think that we won't do it - having to qualify at the expense of either Italy or France would be a miracle. I suppose you never know :)

Since the USSR and the Eastern Bloc countries split into several nations, i's become so hard to qualify for the European Championships. I wish they'd go back to Communist rule (although I'm sure they don't).
