Quick update on the above.
Booked a call from MS (thans the pits for the heads up on that one).
Agreed to upgrade to Office 365 as the cost for the next 12 months was less than the cost of extending support on Office 2010
Guy spent over 90 minutes installing, rebuilding and converting all email accounts to correctly function.
All sorted and good to go
Lucky because the pc was close to departing through the window (and I don't mean Windows10)
