Electric seat; preparation or no preparation!

I'm about to fit some electric/heated seats in my '04 3.0 (registered May 2004); I can't remember the cut-off date for cars that came fitted with the loom to allow the seats to go straight in without any wiring needed.

I've fitted the additional control panel on the dash, with the heated seat buttons, in preparation for the seats; if I press the heated seat buttons, they flash all 3 leds on then immediately turn off. I'm guessing the ECU/BCM is "aware" that the heated seats aren't installed, so, that leads me to believe that the loom will be present when I take the seats out for exchange.

Any pointers would be gratefully received.

You should have the wiring.

Pull the yellow plug out of the seat and check for pins in 13 and 14.
