Electric heated seats wiring.

Hello guys,

Could anyone tell me the extent of work that would be required on the wiring of these seats please?

Would be fitting them to a pre face-lift e85...





On this one there seems to be a connector that has been cut off in the centre, does anybody know how difficult/easy these are to get hold of?

Very hard to tell but from the pictures posted, but you appear to be missing the main connector socket.
Groups all the individual plugs together from seat tensioner, motors, heating pads, etc.

Here's one of mine stripped down with some plugs still connected:

You could ask at BMW but suspect a scrap seat is the way forward and could be a mare to get all the pins correct if plugs just cut off
 
Okay so it looks like a case of picking up a new connector socket and matching up the pins, I don't mind it taking a while just as long as I know i can get it working eventually :).

Anything is repairable, but always makes me question what else has failed that caused someone to make them sacrificial..
