E89 sports seats into E85

Hi all
Looking for some help.
Do sports seats from an E89 model fit into an E85.
If yes is this without or with any modifications.

I think a few people have been asking this question without much success. Someone need to take the plunge.
 
I remember road warrior buying a set of these for his e85. I asked back then if they fitted but never got an answer.
 
I think the consensus is they will not plug and play, with some modification they could be made to do but depends how handy you are on the tools and how much effort you're wiling to go to
 
Thanks all. Will give it a bit more research and will feed back with what i find. Might be time to try and see how it goes 🤔
