My N/S rear light has got a crack in it and I am currently awaiting to see if the local dealer will honour a warranty claim to have it replaced, they are talking about contacting BMW to see if they will offer some goodwill payment, but in the interim I am trying to see what price I can can source a new one for..The dealer parts dept quote £360 and I can see some online for not far off this price, but I am certain I saw someone on here say they got one for circa £160 but cant find it on a search...so has anyone got any links to any good deals ?
 
About £285 seems be to the going rate from Autodoc and other quality suppliers..
 
Thanks for the replies..looks like my claim has been kicked out so looks like im buying my own, might see if I win any money on the Premium Bonds :)
 
It seems the market fluctuates. I certainly got my near side rear light in June 2024 from autodoc and paid only £155.38 for it (free P&P). Today the same item is £184.10 but not in stock while an off side equivalent is £223.08
 
Download AUTODOC app. Prices are cheaper on the app than online browser. Then stick it in your basket and wait.

My recent water pump price went from £350 to £285. It doesn’t always happen, but more often than not it does👍
 
I paid £160 plus £40 customs etc for rh side one a few months ago. This was a seller from Italy on Ebay. Genuine item. I missed the autodoc ones by a week
 
Ended up getting one off Autodoc for £268 with a 3% discount code I found...thanks for the replies Guys :)
