e89 msport gear knob No longer for sale

Hello,

Bought this to fit to my Z4 E86 (originally off a 1 series Msport but same fitment as E89) on a whim the other day but wont fit which is a shame because i have just changed the handbrake cover to match!

Good condition no major wear as you can see in the picture. Would like what i paid please
Cannot believe these are £119 new

£50 collected. Or extra with postage charge.

I am certain it would fit a E85/86 but the leather gaiter would need modifying to allow for the thicker bottom of the knob but i am not prepared to cut the gaiter to do this.

Hi,
I have it fitted on my E86. You have to remove the white plastic parts and cut the small legs and it is ready to fit as a standard one.

I know ! Seems like dimpled leather is expensive!

Hopefully Kame has a solution to this so i can keep it, and it matches the handbrake cover as well

Hi ESP, looks great is it still the original leather gaiter unmodified?
The original gear knob sits ontop of the gaiter, was wondering how the Msport gear knob sat on the original gaiter!

I preferred to buy it brand new of E89 because leather is not perforated and was perfectly matching my M steering wheel
