E89 front bumper sag

Hi all, I noticed that the panel gap isn't great on my front bumper and after a bit of Googling, I saw it's pretty common and could be down to broken bumper brackets.

I see the part numbers are as follows: 51117192157 & 51117192158.

Has anybody changed them? Is it a 1 man job and what's the difficulty level?

When I changed over my bumper last year I adjusted one of mine as it was always a bit low.
At 10:15 in this video I show the adjuster...

There are two screws, both accessed from the arch liner

Brilliant video, thanks very much. So I guess there is a chance those bolts have come loose or maybe the bumper has come unclipped rather than something's broken?

Often the plastic clip that joins the bumper to the car ‘pops’ out of its push fit part onto the bumper..I’ve not seen any loose screws on my 2..

The other option is that one or more are cracked..

Lot easier with 2 people..

Mine were tight, but they had been out of line all the time I owned it. But I am aware that the previous owner had had the bonnet replaced, so maybe not checked for alignment properly.

Definitely doable on your own, there might be lots of swearing involved though...
If I'm doing it there normally is (that get's edited out for my videos)
