e89 front bumper help please.

Does anyone have idea how to remove these pieces please.

Seems like it needs to be done with the bumper off from the inside.
Are you going to paint them?

That's great thanks.

I think the silver surround (not the centre piece) needs blending in to the bumper, I'm either going to paint them black or get them "carbon" dipped.

They do look a bit odd and kind of cheap looking in that grey colour.

The silver bits, they just pull off from the front.
Ease the middle section out first.
My were black, I sprayed them silver.
