E89 - Engiine detail

Hi all,

After finally joining the forum this morning after a few months of lurking, I said i would put some pics of my recent engine detail on my 28i MSport.

Process was;
1/ Snow foam underside of bonnet and engine with a mix of snow foam and APC (all purpose cleaner)
2/ Work in with various brushes
3/ Apply degreaser on more stubborn areas
4/ Wipe off with microfiber cloths
5/ Blow dry with compressed air
6/ Dress plastics and rubbers with CarPro PERL

There are a few metal/alloy pieces that I'd like to polish but all in all a good start and everything looks ok (belts, pipes etc.)......

Yep the alloy parts corrode quickly and are a pain to access to get polished, nice job though, I too keep on top of mine...
