E89 3.0 or 2.5 M Sport — sorted collecting soon

After being away from Zeds for a couple of years I’m keen to buy an E89 - preferably a 3.0 but would consider a well spec’d 2.5.

Ideally less than 50k miles, but again for the right car and price would consider more. Full service history essential and well maintained as forum members usually do

Budget is up to £14k,

Wow surprised I have had not a single response from anyone selling their e89 - folks must be keeping them tucked in their garages

They're probably like mine, tucked away after it's wash Thursday. Hoping for a dry day to get it out again.
I've been thinking of selling all summer to get back in a Boxster for a last fling before hanging up my driving shoes, but have lost the top prices on offer in August. Problem is it's such a good-looking car, and that engine is so sweet, I worry I'd be making a huge mistake. Not trying to do a sales pitch here :) I'm sure there's a few like me. I've actually done 5k miles in the 18 months I've had it so it gets used on mainly dry days, was painful taking it in to work recently in the pouring rain cos wife took the daily. Hope this makes some sense/is informative, roll on the Spring.
 
As others have said this time of year there is always a far smaller choice of convertibles particularly private sales. Come March and there will be a better choice
