Manual box seems to come with ATF. In fact first time i drained it i had use of a lift. Guy that owned it said the oil looked like stuff Land Rover use.
Best oil have used for my notchy manual gearbox is Red line MT-LV. Pretty much stopped the 1-2 gear crunch.
Comes in quarts, two does it with bit to spare.
