E86 TV Retrofit

I'm in the process of trying to get the various bits for a tv module retrofit to my E86, to add things like reverse camera and other video input to my OEM screen. Already got the module physically installed, and various bits on the way to input a video feed into the tv module.

The problem I've found is that the necessary tv tuner retrofit harness (PN 61120304979) is no longer stocked by BMW and third party retailers don't seem to have any left over stock either. My order with a third party supplier was recently cancelled with this reason.

Has anyone got any advice on what I can do or if there's anyone with a spare they might be looking to sell? I guess as a final resort I could make up the cable myself (lots of effort but doable) but I haven't been able to find a wiring diagram to do this.

Do you know if any of them have it and would ship at a reasonable price?

Yes I've had a look through these. Most are sourcing from BMW so will come up against the same notification from BMW when they try to request from BMW. I'll probably work my way through these in more detail if no-one on here has one. Did also notice an E3 (I think) version on Ebay that looked similar with the same connectors which probably could be modded if the z4 pinning is different, but its around £100 for a cable :O

I sourced an obsolete BMW seat harness for my heated seats from a BMW dealer in in Vilnius, Lithuania. Worth a try? It came within a few days and was a genuine part.

Thanks, I know Lithuania seem to have quite a few things. I've found a similar harness from there but for a different model. Just working my way round the various car parts sellers in Europe to see if an order will actually go through and if they have real stock!

No luck but have found a similar E39 version with the same connectors (PN 61120144096). Very tempted to try and rewire
