E86 replacing centre console bulb

I need to replace the centre console bulb.
How to get to it?
Doesn't seem like it is as easy to get to as the glovebox one.
Does the trim need to be removed first?

The one in the storage box, right above the Nav DVd and cd changer. In between the seats.

Got it out with a pry tool.
Easy enough but looked like not enough room.
