Hi, maybe a longshot, anybody breaking or know of someone who is breaking an e86 and has a rear boot lid for sale. My one got shunted and insurance company said it's cost prohibitive to replace as they can't source a lid so they are going for a cat n on the car. I will get a quote to see if it can be fixed but not holding my breath on that one. See pick of the damage.

Sorry to see that. I cant help with a spare but I would have thought a half decent bodyshop should be able to repair yours. They have some clever kit these days to spot weld on tabs and pull out the dent. By the time you have found a new one and then painted it, glazed it, swapped all the wiring, other fittings etc I wouldn't have thought the cost would be much different. Good luck whichever way you go.

Doesn’t look too bad. Maybe the damage is worse than it looks, but there’s a half decent chance a smart-repairer could sort that out.

Breaking e86s are few and far between.
