E86 Front Bumper/Spoiler Options

Just having a browse through the internets for a subtle carbon fiber front spoiler for the E86 facelift bumper (bugger all available by the way) and came across this picture. What bumper is that on the coupe?

Looks a bit like an E85 bumper but is more flared and definitive at the bottom. Love it.

What options are available for the E86 bumper other than the M bumper replacement? I was hoping I could find a nice CF lip, the AC Schnitzer only looks good with the whole kit and wheels.

That's the OEM aero bumper on the car above I believe. Don't know if you can still get it though :?

Looks like you can get it through M Style, nice though :)

Ill probably get more tempted by an M bumper later in the year. M Style also do that at a cost of £400 odd pounds with all the grills etc.

If you go to M Style then just check that the prices quoted on their website are what they will charge. Some people swear by them (Jonny Essex springs to mind) but others have had bad experience / service. Can't comment personally as I have never used them. Some others on here may have an opinion they're willing to share though.

also avaible at the bmw dealer. but only unpainted. they wil be roughly the same price as with M style i think, in any case i would call the local bmw dealer also, so you could compare prices.

the bumper is indeed the aero front, you have to find out if the foglights are included to, as you have the flat ones, and these are round.

I case you're looking for E86 only - the E86 is a coupe bumper, E85 is roadster. Both have same fitment

I think that originally the aero kit was a prefacelift (e85) Roadster option, right ? That's the only coupe I have ever seen it on, and it looks very good, especially with the aero skirts taking the line backwards.

He's on here too - buggered if I can remember his nickname though - is it jrainlay or similar ?

jep was a pre facelift option ( so only roadster), that coupe is from an American over at Z post.

There are part numbers for face lift models also as the rear diffuser is different.

I've just fitted this to my e85, Im not 100% sure on it though (Another marmite entry on the forum). Obviously the slopt drive helps the low look :P
