Hi All!

I really need your help to diagnoze my e86 problem. In my car the "check engine" light has lighted! I have check my car by computer with INPA software and I received the error codes which are:

- P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1)
- P2195 O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Lean (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P2414 O2 Sensor Exhaust Sample Error (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

I also see in INPA LIVE DATA that lambda from bank 1 before catalyst has invalid values. They come out the scale on low rpm.
I was searching on the internet some possible causes and I have found that P0171 seems to be MAF sensor defect.

This are my observations:

1) Ambient air pressure is almost contant even at 3500 rmp on 3 gear. Is it OK?
2) Value of "Voltage Secondary AIR" is all the time out of scale. What exaclty "Voltage Secondary AIR" means?
3) Have you any solutions for my problem? What it could be faulty?

Car details: e86 from 2006, mileage ~25000 km, engine is n52

Thnak you for your help! :)

I would say that one of your O2 sensors has failed, quite a common problem.

1) Is it really posible that o2 sensor is failed at 25000 km? :o
2) I can see o2 sensor values if it fails it would be possible to view?

Mine failed at 13000 miles and I'm sure there have been others with low mileage so definitely possible at 25000km.

1) Is there any possibility to exclude other factors?
2) What about MAF sensor any one had problem with it or is it well done?

I had one go at around 25,000 miles IIRC.

Your codes say it all I would have thought.

- P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1)
- P2195 O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Lean (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P2414 O2 Sensor Exhaust Sample Error (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
