E86 Bluetooth and USB charging

Hi, sorry if this has been asked loads of times before

I’ll shortly be picking up a 2007 E86 with BMW Business Head Unit with DAB adapter & Multi-Changer. Is there and hardwired device that can be installed to give me Bluetooth, USB charging and (not essential Appleplay).

Any advice is greatly appreciated

Cheapest way is a Bluetooth receiver which just plugs into the aux socket
