Mines the same. There is a metal clip inside the door, which holds the barrel in place. It's either came loose or broken. I haven't got around to fixing mine yet. I believe you need some sort of special tool to remove the door handle.

If i remember rightly, you can't see the back of it if you remove the doorcard. I think it's covered with metal.
