E85 Roof Pump

Hi all. Hope you're enjoying the sunshine!

The roof pump head on my lovely E85 is quite worn and needs replacing. Any suggestions on where to source a replacement pump or the part number needed would be appreciated.
Alternatively if anyone is breaking an E85 please let me know.

Hi,
The roof unlatches fine, but then needs a hand to push it halfway down before the motor (and gravity) takes over. The cycle never quite completes as the windows don't go back up automatically and the red light continues to flash. Roof is perfectly fine coming back up though. Mike from Zedshed has diagnosed it as a worn pump head and our esteemed No.5 Alan also agrees.

It's simply a case of sourcing a new pump (on a relative budget) Hence thought, where else but our lovely Zed community to ask.

Probably already done this but is it worth checking that there is enough oil in it.

Hi Paul,
If you mean oil in roof motor, then yes as its been reconditioned recently.

Possibly a bit late to this but I used a 2009 era mustang pump and it works perfectly. Even goes up and down a bit faster than normal

What actually wears in the pump though? I'm assuming some kind of impeller inside or internal gear?
