I recently fitted facelift Sports seats in an 03 car. With @Usel's help I fitted a seat pad emulator, swapping the occupancy sensor over from my pre-facelift seat and then attaching an emulating resistor to it instead of plugging it into the seat. This makes the car think there is someone in the seat all the time so it wants the seatbelt clipped in, or else it bongs at you.
You can either attach the seatbelt, get a spare seatbelt clip and fit that, or use NCS Expert to tell the SBSL not to worry about the seatbelt clip.

That could be an easier solution for jacks, what emulator did you use please Martin, the one I tried failed and just put the air bag light on. Currently it has the original mat plugged in behind the seat and the light is off.

I can't remember where I got it from tbh. @Usel gave me the link to one on eBay. Its the small stubby bit fitted to the occupancy sensor in these photos.
I also found a mounting point for the sensor under the seat.
Please note that this is a pre-facelift sensor, connected to its correct slot in the yellow plug, but not connected to the seat pad. That is replaced with the emulator.

I once ordered one from Ebay, didn't work. Have ordered from the above quite a few times now and all have worked 👍

It's probably caused by all the blood rushing to your head when fixing those roof motors. Another trip to the Caribbean will sort that out 😁
