A friend is looking at this car.

Does anyone know it or have any comments?

That does look very nice, but also looks overpriced by a few k - but someone will buy it.

in all honesty that is e89 money quite easily at the moment

Same money with a lot less miles - https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=133844&p=1908933#p1908933

Have a look at the MOT history.

Some advisories in 2014 and 2015...

Front Suspension arm has slight play in a ball joint (2.4.G.2)
Front Suspension arm has slight play in a pin/bush (2.4.G.2)
Nearside Rear Tyre worn close to the legal limit (4.1.E.1)
stone chips in windscreen
outer sills covered
exhaust corroded
Under-trays fitted obscuring some underside components
front tyres wearing on edges
osr parking brake effort slow/low

Some suspension work and possibly had a newwidscreen fitted.

Get an AA / RAC check on it and they'll give you a valuation too.

Nice looking car and quite a rare interior colour. I would speak to the dealer in question, see what recent work maintenance the car has had and go from there

We have the individual amarone interior on our Coupe and we love it - think it goes brilliantly with the silver/grey. Its also quite rare. It even has its original leather-edged amarone mats which are irreplacable.

I also think its nice that it *doesn't* have the pop-up satnav screen, which is the one thing that lets ours down.

I thought that looked OK price wise, but then I remembered that pete1192 had his 3.0Si with similar miles advertised for £8k and didn’t get any takers. He ended up selling it to a garage. That was previously David Mudley’s car which I saw on a couple of occasions and I know he kept it immaculately. So, it does look a bit pricey, but you have the comfort it’s coming from a dealer.

Thanks so much for that. So where is David Mudley based? This car is at a dealer in Sutton in Ashfield just north of Nottingham.
