WANTED E85 Cruise Control Stalk

Wanted cruise control stalk for an E85, or any sort of guidance on best place to get one. Going to give BMW a call tomorrow to see if they have any in stock.

Not sure if they are nla from bmw, but if still available they will be strong money.
Try eBay etc if nobody on here has one.
Or there’s this great alternative from @Usel

I have made up some cruise control stalks for the E85/6 using genuine BMW parts and re-packaged it all to fit the same as a genuine cruise control stalk.

The stalk operates the same as the genuine part except for resume. This is now a movement on the stalk rather than having a button to press. This is shown in the photos below:

I have no hesitation recommending the @Usel solution, having fitted it to my 2.5Si. Hi quality engineering, near OEM look, same functionality, fraction of the price.

I may have a genuine used oem one soon would be £200.. saying that would be just stalk not all the wiring, you may need to check if you pre wired for one

@srhutch will make up a wiring loom for you for a small fee. You’ll need it for the stalk as I recall you bought a 2006 Si.

They do come up, just keep an eye out. Paid £150 for a used one back in feb which is aboit the going rate.
