Hi Sean, the trims are the same for manual vs auto, you will just need to check whether you have the cutouts for the airbag light on the left and/or sport button on the right.
If you're replacing with a trim without a particular cutout in my experience the trim pieces have the area marked out which you can then follow with a dremel-type tool to cut out.
