E85 anti-trap passenger windows

Funny I noticed my passenger window was not one-touch for the first time this week, but i'm sure it was previously, the only thing I can think is that it changed when the battery was removed a few weeks ago? weird
Edit: I've just read that the function was available in the firmware on cars built after 04/2004 but disabled by default. So maybe I never had it :scratchhead:

The one touch function is disabile by default on the central unit. The unit is sited near the briefcases alt the passenger side and the color is white. This controls the Windows and the opening doors. For activate the one touch, you active th e function "confort".
But, z4 pre 04/2004 with confort function actived, don't have the one touch in the passenger side, and z4 post 04/2004 with confort enable, have the one touch in the passenger side.
The strange thing is that the codes of the motors (realoem) cars 2003 and 2004 or 2005 are the same, so I guess there is nothing else, but it's just a matter of coding the control unit.

sorry, I was wrong. the motors of the windows have different codes. I assume this is the only difference. I tried a z4 pre-restyling but after 04/2004, 10/2004 eg with M52 engine and not restiling

For one-touch "confort" on passenger window, is not necessary repleace the motor of the window sistem.
Is only necessary coding the ecu central unit, named GM5, with k-dcan cable on the obd2 port.
I've read a tutorial for THIS SPECIFIC CASE on an Italian forum.
If you want the guide ad if is possible of the rule in this forum, i write here the link....

If it's just one line in GM5 then that's a pretty easy fix.

I've buy the cable (K+DCAN) in ebay for 35€, and i've programm ALL this function.
I've program:
- one-touch passenger window UP
- The arrows blink twice when I open with the remote control
- The arrows blink once when I close by remote control
- Beep if I forgot my key in the ignition
- Open windows and sunroofs holding down the button on the remote opening
- Close windows and sunroofs holding the keys of the remote closing
- change the description of fuel in the computer board, from L/100km to km/L
Also, With the cable, I've turn of the airbag light because wen I've install the midrange in the door, I forgot to disconnect the battery and the car are registrated the error.
