My understanding is that the secondary cats will not cause any issues regarding emissions for the MOT. So long as the primary cats are present and working. BUT... that's for the UK - I've no idea what you need to achieve in Croatia. Drop the exhaust, cut the cats out from above and weld back up - then from under the car nobody can see the cats have been removed.
By the way, the two cars I've heard with secondary cats deleted sound good - to me, under power it gives the car that sort of multi-cylinder Italian sound.

Hm, nice, thanks for the tip, I think your MOT is much rigorous than ours, maybe the German TUV is even worst. But if they don't see the difference (weld it back up) and the Co2 emission is ok - it passes the test, then it wouldn't be a problem.

I've just noticed your signature says 2.5i 6-speed. Is this the 2003 car you are posting about, or should it be 5-speed?
I thought the only cars from before the 2006 facelift that had 6-speed were 3.0i and everything else pre-facelift was 5-speed.

Well, you just find an error, thanks mate, it is a 5-speed, not 6-speed, 6-speed was my Miata, as it was a quick change, I think it was left in my mind that it is 6-speed. Thanks mate!
