I think I read almost everything here, and I just wanted to sum up regarding brakes options for my 2003. 2.5i Z4.

What are your experience with brakes?

What brakes fit my Z4 without any extensive modifications? I mean in terms of calipers, discs and pads?

Thanks!

Haven't changed the calipers, so can't comment on those, but highly recpommend Mtech for pads and discs. Circa £150 for all four corners.

I just read this again and realised that E46 330ds have the same set-up as 330is, but may be more plentiful in Europe.

And E87 130i and 123d models also had the bigger front brakes, so may be another source of parts.

Thank you, and now if you didn't leave EU it would be easy for me to order it, but now, need to find them in EU.

Cheers

Just look for 3.0si brakes, e.g. Brembo Max 09.8952.75

Pagid, ATE, Bosch etc. whatever style and brand you like from local distributors

Thanks, mate, I found these, https://www.ebay.com/i/402286339851?ul_noapp=true they are not bigger, but I think more ventilated than the stock ones.

I will look and find something that will fit my driving style, occasional track day max 2-4 per year and a lot of road trips.
