Does anybody have any ideas what this noise might be or has anybody encountered the same problem.....maybe just lack of lubrication ?...or maybe that's wishful thinking. I understand that the 2.2i was built with electronic power steering and don't know much about the set up but to me the noise sounds like its likely to be coming from the rack and pinion.
