E63 seats in a E85!

Hi all,

I have been reading that E63 seats fit straight into E46. So I assume they will also fit in a bmw z4 e85 OK too, just plug and play!?

Does anyone know if this works?

Not sure I follow your logic there. :? They might fit the runners, but do they fit in the cabin?

I looked at E63 seats a while back and I'm reasonably certain that the runners etc are a straight swap.
What put me off (like E46 seats also) is that the seats themselves although good looking are huge and will just look like massive armchairs squashed in to the compact E85 cabin. Shame

Those look good.
For me I would want the saloon seats as having the fold forward lever would annoy me
